Jobs Description:
Reporting to the ASPAC Business Development and Area Manager, the  incumbent will guide all sports of the cluster. Responsibilities: Assist  inside the implementation of campaigns, as hooked up through the  Regional Leadership Team (RLT); Support the Area Manager in  advocacy-associated matters; Participate in constructing and retaining  proactive method to relationships with Member airways and other  enterprise stakeholders, as well as with non-Member airlines; Provide  timely reviews to the Area Manager as appropriate, regarding the  development of work and the fulfillment of set objectives, as asked;  Provide help to conferences and meetings with enterprise  stakeholders,and organise conferences, as appropriate; Actively help  ASPAC Business Development tasks; and Any different responsibilities as  assigned by means of the ASPAC Business Development and Area Manager.  University degree in Business Administration, Political Science or any  other relevant discipline; Minimum of years’ experience within the  aviation industry; Proven notable challenge management skills, capacity  to work below strain on multiple matters with tight cut-off dates and  converting priorities; Outgoing personality, remarkable social  competencies, potential to persuade humans in a multi-cultural  surroundings; Sharp analytical abilities, 
discretion and super oral presentation abilities; and Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Sinhala, Tamil or Bengali might be an advantage.
