The safety of the cargo we carry and of the people on board our flights is our priority. 

Our team of Customer Data Agents provides cover round the clock to make that happen. You’ll be responsible for checking and issuing freight documentation in line with the requirements of HM Customs & Excise and other government bodies, including Customer Security/Dangerous Goods Certificates and ID passes. You’ll also complete data inputs, maintain stats and advise customers on their arrival of consignments, issuing charges where appropriate, and deliver documentation to regulatory bodies.

 Awareness of health, safety and security issues is important. Any cargo experience would naturally prove useful, especially if it shows knowledge of World Cargo, HM Customs & Excise regulations and International Customs, but full training is available.
